Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Terminal at 4.4 against Get Console's 2.8. Terminal also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (110 vs 34). Get Console's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
