Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is price: Sibelius at Free against Symphony Pro's $14.99. Sibelius also leads on rating (4.2 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 469). Symphony Pro's advantage is review sentiment (56% vs 36%) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
