Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Space Force Hero at 5.0 against Hello Rocket's 4.1. Hello Rocket's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hello Rocket sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Space Force Hero sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Space Force Hero holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hello Rocket has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
