Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Hidaya Comparative at 5.0 against Ethiopian Calendar's 4.6. Hidaya Comparative also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Ethiopian Calendar's advantage is ratings volume (490 vs 1) and device support. On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
