Cette application, spécifiquement crée par et pour les experts en automobile du réseau de la MACIF adhérents à l’Amicale des Experts IARD est un outil d’aide à la décision au cours de l’accord contradictoire. Celle-ci permet, via un téléphone ou une tablette, de chiffrer, directement sur le terrain, les différents forfaits utilisés dans la réparation automobile, ceci en fonction du véhicule, de sa marque, de son modèle et de différents scenarios. (Par exemple forfait climatisation : l’application indique un tarif conseillé dans une fourchette mini/maxi, en fonction du type de gaz utilisé, de l’intervention effectuée : recharge complète ou partielle). A l’issue de la consultation, un document récapitulatif sous format PDF est disponible et peut être réintégré dans le logiciel de gestion expert. Cette base de données « mutualisée » est complétée ou corrigée au fils du temps par les utilisateurs eux-mêmes via l’adresse mail dédié.
