Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: חי פה at none against Rotter.net's shown. חי פה also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Rotter.net's advantage is ratings volume (298 vs 5) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
