The app comes with demo data so all functions can be tried except 'Sync' that uploads and downloads data with 'Site Manager'. To use the system on your own company data, back office system 'Site Manager' must be purchased. All connections are through CleanLinks' secure Web Service. This app must be used along with the easyLog Ltd backend server software. It does not work stand-alone. The backend software, allows inspections and estimation templates to be set up which can be carried out via the app. Maintenance tasks can be flagged by sites which can be actioned by maintenance staff as well as being approved and signed off. Rotas can be created for sites and work groups.
