Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Remember Basic at none against 安居客's 21. Remember Basic also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks). 安居客's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 安居客 sells 19 one-off in-app purchases. Remember Basic asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for 安居客 against 4.4 for Remember Basic. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 安居客 has 1.7K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 47% of 安居客's written reviews are positive against 50% of Remember Basic's.
安居客 ships an update every 3 weeks, Remember Basic every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
