The Numismatist vs WorldChips

THE NUMISMATIST is a colorful, high-quality, educational magazine for collectors of coins, tokens, medals and paper money. Published since 1888 by the nonprofit American Numismatic Association (money.org), THE NUMISMATIST features 112-120 pages of informative, illustrated articles about the historical and entertaining aspects of numismatics; reports of hobby events and new coinage issues, including the U.S. Mint; and advertising by nationally respected coin dealers.

WorldChips is a community-built catalog for casino chip collectors — catalog what exists, track what you own, and trade with collectors around the world. BUILD THE DATABASE TOGETHER Search a growing, shared database of casino chips from casinos worldwide — Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Europe, and beyond. Can't find a chip? Add it yourself: pick the casino (or add it if it's missing), snap a photo of the front and back, and it's there for every collector to see. TRACK YOUR OWN COLLECTION Mark any chip as part of your collection with one tap. My Collection keeps everything organized and searchable, and shows each chip's Rarity score — the fewer collectors who have it, the higher it scores. TRADE WITH OTHER COLLECTORS Got a spare? Mark it "Offering." Looking for one? Mark it "Looking for." The Trading tab shows everything currently available or sought across the whole community, and highlights your personal matches — chips where someone else has exactly what you want, or wants exactly what you have. SEE HOW YOU RANK Compare yourself with other collectors: Most Chips, Top Contributors, Rarity, and Newest Members. Filter by your own circle to see how you stack up against people you follow. CONNECT WITH COLLECTORS Follow other collectors, message them directly, and check out anyone's full profile — their collection, and what they're offering or looking for. WHY WORLDCHIPS Casino chips are a beloved corner of collecting, but scattered across forums, old spreadsheets, and word of mouth. WorldChips brings it into one place — a living, growing catalog built by the people who actually collect. Free to use. No ads. Sign in with Google or Apple in seconds.
