By making expectations clear and progress easy to see, the app supports positive routines and joyful engagement throughout the day. Families and educators can use Working4™ for learning activities at school, chores at home, building independence, or everyday moments like mealtime and transitions. Choose the number of tokens needed (1–5), create a personalized choice board using built-in symbols or your own photos, and let the learner select what they’d like to work toward. As tokens are earned, progress is shown visually—making success feel concrete and motivating. Token Board is a customizable app to motivate children to learn and complete tasks. It is a visual reward system for children with special needs and children of all ages and abilities. A token economy is a system of behavior modification based on the systematic reinforcement of target behaviors. The reinforcers are symbols or "tokens" that can be exchanged for rewards. Rewards are given after a number of tokens are earned. A token economy is based on the principles of operant conditioning and is used in applied behavior analysis (ABA) with children with autism spectrum disorders. The app provides the children with visual information about when they can earn their reward using a set number of earned tokens. A Token Board consists of: - A Reward image showing what the child is working for. - Token Images showing the progress towards earning the reward. - An optional Sound which plays when the child earns a token.
