Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: كل العرب at 55% against ynet's 9%. كل العرب also leads on rating (3.3 vs 1.8) and in-app purchases (none vs 9). ynet's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (225 vs 35). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
