Armlocks Volume 2 vs Lacrosse Playbook

This instructional app will give you what you need to more efficiently practice, train & develop bent arm locks to a high degree of proficiency - and from various positions! I designed this app to be a combination of thirty-five instructional videos and two very informative articles. The mix of these two will set you on a journey toward finishing bent arm locks more confidently & consistently in your training sessions and in competitions. Practice and train what I teach in this app and you will observe a marked improvement in less than 30 days! Train and develop them for 6-9 months and you'll become the king (or queen) of bent arm locks at your academy!
