Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Tasker at 5.0 against Grocery Checklist's 4.4. Tasker also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Grocery Checklist's advantage is ratings volume (346 vs 4) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Tasker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Grocery Checklist has 346 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
