Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MyDC3 at 5.0 against Elevation App's 4.4. MyDC3 also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 61%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Elevation App's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (492 vs 49). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
