Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: North Mar at 5.0 against Elevation App's 4.4. North Mar also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 58%) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Elevation App's advantage is ratings volume (492 vs 6) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
