The Pickford Escrow app is a powerful and simple tool for estimating the net proceeds on the sale of a home by using the sales price, pro-rations, common closing costs, and other estimated costs associated with the sale of a home in California. The Pickford Escrow App can be used to send the complete estimate to the email of your choice. You can find quick contact information to the Pickford Escrow or The Escrow Firm office of your choice along with phone numbers and directions. You can check if your closing date is optimal in a quick and easy way using the Optimal Closing Date tab.
