Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Buzzword Central at none against 9000+ Wallpapers's 2. Buzzword Central also leads on review sentiment (60% vs 44%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). 9000+ Wallpapers's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 24 months) and ratings volume (1K vs 58). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
