Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Study Bubble at 5.0 against VEX via's 4.1. VEX via's advantage is ratings volume (23 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
