Lightstreamer Stock-List is an application that uses the Lightstreamer iOS client library to receive real-time data from Lightstreamer Server. The app subscribes to a set of stock prices, receives the updates in real time, and displays them with a very simple user interface. This version includes full support for APNs push notifications. Source code is available on GitHub, see: github.com/Lightstreamer Lightstreamer is a real-time messaging server optimized for the Internet. Blending WebSockets, HTTP, and push notifications, it streams data to/from mobile, tablet, browser-based, desktop, and IoT applications. Lightstreamer provides many advanced mechanisms to optimize user experience, including: bandwidth management, dynamic throttling with congestion control, compression, and conflation.
