Both are free to download. 纵横小说 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and 当当云阅读 sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
当当云阅读 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.8.
