Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 阿衰漫画 at 4.2 against 纵横小说's 2.8. 阿衰漫画 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.0). 纵横小说's advantage is review sentiment (62% vs 25%) and ratings volume (62 vs 10). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

阿衰漫画 holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 纵横小说 has 62 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of 纵横小说's written reviews are positive against 25% of 阿衰漫画's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
纵横小说 ships an update fortnightly, 阿衰漫画 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
