Using Visage Ease you can view radiologic images that are stored on a Visage 7 server on your iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. Please note that this app requires access to a Visage 7 server, e.g. in your clinic, practice, or via your radiology provider. Without access to a server, you will not be able to view any images. Visage Ease provides you with immediate server-based access to DICOM images without cumbersome image transfer. Use the app for patient education and for illustrating findings in the diagnostic report. Radiology providers use the Visage 7 server in conjunction with Visage Ease to provide their referring physicians with efficient access to key images as well as original images. Compared to printed film or patient CDs, the Visage 7 solution provides a much richer and much more efficient means of communication. Visage 7 is the world’s first diagnostic imaging solution based entirely on efficient thin client streaming technology. Visage scales easily from a single radiology practice to large distributed healthcare enterprises. Visage allows efficient viewing, processing, and archiving of very large amounts of images, including thin slice volumetric data from CT, MR, PET-CT, and other 3D modalities. The Visage Ease App is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis. A "Getting Started" document is available here: http://www.visageimaging.com/e-labeling
Chartflow Agent
Read full descriptionHide full description
Chartflow is an AI scribe built for licensed home-health clinicians — physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nurses who document visits in the patient's home. Record the visit. Chartflow drafts the note. You review, edit, and sign. WHAT IT DRAFTS • SOAP visit notes and evaluations structured the way home-health charts are actually built — subjective, objective findings, assessment, goals, frequency and duration, discharge plan • OASIS-E items, drawn from what was said during the visit • Medication reconciliation • Diagnoses with ICD-10 coding • Discipline-aware templates for PT, OT, SLP, and nursing, across evaluations, follow-up visits, re-evaluations, and discharges HOW IT WORKS 1. Start a visit and tap record. Recording keeps running while you use other apps, so you can pull up the chart or the EHR mid-visit. 2. Speak naturally. Chartflow transcribes 18 languages and handles mid-sentence code-switching. 3. Review the draft. Every section is editable, expandable, and traceable back to the transcript. 4. Sign when it's right. Nothing is finalized until a licensed clinician signs it. BUILT FOR REVIEW, NOT AUTOPILOT Chartflow drafts; clinicians decide. Notes are marked as AI-generated drafts and require your clinical review before signature. A pre-signature chart review surfaces missing items, inconsistencies, and gaps while you are still in the home — but it never signs, and it never files anything on your behalf. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Protected health information is encrypted in transit and at rest with customer-managed encryption keys • Business Associate Agreements are in place with our cloud and speech-to-text providers • Every access to patient data is written to an immutable audit log • Face ID app lock keeps patient information protected on your device • Analytics are off by default and opt-in BEFORE YOU RECORD Chartflow shows you exactly how visit audio is handled — including that it is processed by third-party AI services under HIPAA Business Associate Agreements — and asks you to acknowledge it before recording begins. Obtaining patient consent to record, as required by your state's law, remains your responsibility as the clinician. REQUIREMENTS Chartflow requires a Chartflow account with an active subscription, and is intended for use by licensed clinicians and the home-health agencies that employ them. It is not a consumer health or wellness app. Chartflow is a clinical documentation tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
