The eFile Gift Tracker App is developed by Pasadena Consutling Group LLC dba Electronic Filing Systems (EFS). EFS is making the eFile Gift Tracker App available for free. Public officials across California are required to regularly disclose their economic interests. They have to file California Fair Political Practices Commission FPPC Form 700. The FPPC and the filer's local agency provide extensive guidance on reporting requirements. Form 700, Schedule D, is the place for disclosing gifts received by the public official during the reporting period.
