Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Danfoss Eco at 30% against Fisketorvet's 0%. Danfoss Eco also leads on ratings volume (45 vs 4) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Fisketorvet holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Danfoss Eco has 45 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Fisketorvet's written reviews are positive against 30% of Danfoss Eco's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Fisketorvet ships an update monthly, Danfoss Eco every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
