Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: kataeb.org at 5.0 against النهار's 3.6. kataeb.org also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription) and review sentiment (85% vs 64%). النهار's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (49 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
