Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Paramount Global Distribution at 5.0 against PIX System's 3.3. PIX System's advantage is review sentiment (29% vs 14%) and ratings volume (28 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Paramount Global Distribution holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PIX System has 28 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of PIX System's written reviews are positive against 14% of Paramount Global Distribution's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
PIX System ships an update every 3 months, Paramount Global Distribution every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 15, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
