Turunç village on the south west coast of Turkey is a superb place to walk but visitors face two problems - lack of good quality, detailed maps and lack of documented walks. This app aims to address both of these problems and is completely FREE to use. TWalks provides a selection of routes suitable for all abilities and graded by distance/time/difficulty. Each route is broken down into a number of sections, with a detailed map, description, and photographs. In addition each route is marked by (GPS) way markers and can be followed in a map view with your own location show in real time, so you always know where you are. Routes are automatically saved on your iPhone/iPad so you can take them with you without having to depend on a mobile phone or wifi signal. New routes are automatically downloaded when they are released. Core features: - Routes are suitable for all abilities. - Very easy to use. - Routes are graded for difficulty, distance and time. - Routes are broken down into sections. - Each section includes a section map, description, and photographs. - After initial download the route list is available without an internet connection. - After selecting a route for the first time all details, maps and photographs are available without an internet connection. - A MAP view (using Apple Maps) shows each route marked out with way markers and can be viewed in Satellite and Hybrid view as well as Map view. - Your actual location is shown in the MAP view so you can easily navigate between way markers. - A built in 'information' function provides help if you need it. - Automatic dark mode. Note: Our app requires an active internet connection the first time it is used so it can download and save the list of walks. An internet connection is also required the first time a route is selected after which it will be available offline.

Bike Tracks's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 37 months) and ratings volume (40 vs 1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
