Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 工商時報行動版 at none against PttX's 2. 工商時報行動版 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). PttX's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. PttX sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. 工商時報行動版 asks for nothing beyond the download.
工商時報行動版 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PttX has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of 工商時報行動版's written reviews are positive against 33% of PttX's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
工商時報行動版 ships an update every 3 months, PttX weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
