Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Pocket Swara at 5.0 against Congas's 3.7. Pocket Swara also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1). Congas's advantage is ratings volume (359 vs 1) and iOS requirement (4.3 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
