Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Morocco Press at 4.5 against Goud's 2.5. Morocco Press also leads on ratings volume (172 vs 2) and device support. Goud's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4). On price and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Morocco Press sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Goud asks for nothing beyond the download.
Morocco Press holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Morocco Press has 172 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
