Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: M24 TV at none against Morocco Press's 4. M24 TV also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 5 months). Morocco Press's advantage is ratings volume (173 vs 2). On price, rating, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
