Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: USGA at 4.7 against LPGA's 2.7. USGA also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (22K vs 143). LPGA's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
