Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Ülke TV at 3.5 against İDDEF's 3.0. Ülke TV also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). İDDEF's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 8 months) and review sentiment (67% vs 50%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Ülke TV holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Ülke TV's written reviews are positive against 67% of İDDEF's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Ülke TV ships an update every 8 months, İDDEF every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
