Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Rickface at 100% against Sex Chat's 4%. Rickface also leads on price (Free vs $0.99) and rating (5.0 vs 4.1). Sex Chat's advantage is ratings volume (14 vs 2) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.0). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
