Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MOMO陌陌 at 4.5 against Chomog's 2.0. MOMO陌陌 also leads on ratings volume (13K vs 1) and chart position (#100 vs unranked). Chomog's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MOMO陌陌 sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Chomog sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
MOMO陌陌 holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MOMO陌陌 has 13K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
MOMO陌陌 ships an update weekly, Chomog every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
