Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SWeb at 5.0 against Draw's 2.2. SWeb also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). Draw's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 9.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Draw sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. SWeb asks for nothing beyond the download.
SWeb holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Draw has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Draw ships an update every 6 weeks, SWeb fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
