Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. BT Baseball Controller sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per year. iUmpire BBall asks for nothing beyond the download.
iUmpire BBall holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BT Baseball Controller has 37 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of iUmpire BBall's written reviews are positive against 100% of BT Baseball Controller's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
iUmpire BBall ships an update every 10 months, BT Baseball Controller every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
