Verdict
Flashlight.® and Epson iProjection both sit at 4.2 stars, but that hides the real split: 84% of Flashlight.®'s written reviews are positive against 20% of Epson iProjection's. Flashlight.® also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). Epson iProjection's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
