The clearest difference is in-app purchases: The Berlin Wall at none against Orthodoxia's 1. The Berlin Wall also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Orthodoxia's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 12 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
