Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 乐读极速版 at none against iWeekly都市潮力's 1. 乐读极速版 also leads on review sentiment (94% vs 75%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). iWeekly都市潮力's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. iWeekly都市潮力 sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $69.99 per year. 乐读极速版 asks for nothing beyond the download.
iWeekly都市潮力 holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iWeekly都市潮力 has 346 ratings behind it against 38, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of iWeekly都市潮力's written reviews are positive against 94% of 乐读极速版's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
iWeekly都市潮力 ships an update monthly, 乐读极速版 every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
