Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Quarry Quest at Free against Statetris's $4.99. Quarry Quest also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 64%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). Statetris's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (35 vs 5). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Quarry Quest is free to download; Statetris costs $4.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Statetris holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Statetris has 35 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Statetris's written reviews are positive against 100% of Quarry Quest's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
