Trainieren Sie spielerisch jene kognitiven Fähigkeiten, die bei MS besonders häufig eingeschränkt sind: Aufmerksamkeit, Gedächtnis und Exekutivfunktionen. Der Spaß soll dabei nicht zu kurz kommen. Die Übungen von MS Kognition wurden zusammen mit Experten entwickelt und bieten spezielle wissenschaftlich fundierte Übungen zu folgenden Bereichen: - Aufmerksamkeit: Fokussierte und geteilte Aufmerksamkeit - Gedächtnis: Arbeitsgedächtnis, Langzeitgedächtnis, Namensgedächtnis - Exekutivfunktionen: Wortfindung, Planungs- und Problemlösefähigkeit Die Übungen verfügen in der Regel über mehrere Schwierigkeitsstufen, die durchlaufen werden können. Nach jeder Übungsrunde erhalten Sie sofort eine Auswertung mit dem aktuellen Ergebnis und dem bisherigen Ergebnis-Verlauf. Zusätzlich werden Ihre Bestmarken in einer Statistik gesammelt, die Sie mit Freunden teilen können. Die App eignet sich nicht nur für MS-Erkrankte, sondern für all jene, die spielerisch allgemeine alltagsrelevante kognitive Fähigkeiten trainieren und verbessern wollen.
