Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EMS Anyware Vanguard at 100% against WebEOC's 33%. WebEOC's advantage is rating (3.6 vs 3.0) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

WebEOC holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WebEOC has 19 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of EMS Anyware Vanguard's written reviews are positive against 33% of WebEOC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

EMS Anyware Vanguard ships an update every 5 months, WebEOC every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
