Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Commander Pixman at every 3 months against Jump Kid Retro's every 24 months. Commander Pixman also leads on ratings volume (24 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Jump Kid Retro's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and price ($0.99 vs $3.99). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
