Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SPC AlignPro™ at 2.7 against Bilstein's 1.0. SPC AlignPro™ also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 15 months) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). Bilstein's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 33%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
SPC AlignPro™ holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SPC AlignPro™ has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Bilstein's written reviews are positive against 33% of SPC AlignPro™'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Bilstein ships an update every 15 months, SPC AlignPro™ monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and June 1, 2026 respectively.
