Medex Helper helps you keep medicine instructions and daily times in one clear routine. • Create separate profiles using real names. • Enter medicine names, prescribed doses, notes, and daily times. • Set treatment duration and an optional next medicine or dosage according to your prescription. • Recognize morning, afternoon, evening, and night with visual symbols. • See before, with, and after-meal cues, plus bedtime instructions. • Add medicine photos and record a familiar voice in Arabic or English. • Read instructions aloud using custom recordings or your device's voice. • Mark doses as taken and review recorded history. • Transfer a profile, its photos, and recordings by connection QR over a shared Wi-Fi network or hotspot. • Use Arabic or English, larger text, and reduced motion. No account. No ads. Profiles are stored on your device. You control when to transfer a profile; device backups may include app data. Reminders are scheduled for up to 60 upcoming individual doses across all profiles. Check coverage in Settings and reopen before the displayed date to refresh upcoming reminders. Notification delivery depends on device permissions and settings. Spoken instructions play inside the app; notification alerts use the device's notification sound. Medex Helper organizes instructions you enter. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or recommend doses. Follow instructions from your healthcare professional. Never change medication based only on this app.
