Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Highlands at 462 against CCI Dothan's 2. Highlands also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). CCI Dothan's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
