Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Laundry Luxe at every 4 days against Highlands's every 3 weeks. Laundry Luxe also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Highlands's advantage is ratings volume (466 vs 7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
