It's like having a personal stock advisor giving you tips on when to buy or sell! Using easy to read graphs, you'll be able to quickly spot stock trends: It uses a time tested formula to statistically predict the best time to buy or sell a stock, or get in or out of the market in general. The formula calculates how the stock is trending. The green line displays how likely it is to continue to rise. The red line predicts how likely it is to continue to fall. The key is to buy when the green line jumps to 100 AND crosses the red line or sell when the red line jumps to 100 AND crosses the green line. PLEASE NOTE: There's no guarantees in the market, it's predicting what's most likely to happen. But it's been historically very accurate in making correct predictions. Use it as a tool to supplement informed decisions on your stock trades!

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is price: OddsTrader at Free against Stock Trender's $0.99. OddsTrader also leads on review sentiment (77% vs 50%) and update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months). Stock Trender's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.4) and in-app purchases (none vs 7). On ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Stock Trender holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OddsTrader has 12 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of OddsTrader's written reviews are positive against 50% of Stock Trender's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

OddsTrader ships an update monthly, Stock Trender every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
