Verdict
Mathway and Campus Tv both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Campus Tv's written reviews are positive against 50% of Mathway's. Campus Tv also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 12) and ads (none vs shown). Mathway's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 15 months) and ratings volume (425K vs 8). On price and rating there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Mathway against 5.0 for Campus Tv.
